My blood pressure is 165/107
My glucose read at 350. I did a second test and it was 295.
I just scared the hell out of myself. I’m going to take the dog for a walk and see if that helps. If those numbers don’t go down, I’ll call my doctor.
Talk about feeling like I have no control. But at least I have data!
